I have used Seaavee`s Tapcons with Great success along with
Oguz`s ''Super Sturdy'' method but for Ultra Sturdy I also recommend Mike
d`s Liquid nails.
Use a Hammer Drill for those holes `tho. You`ll work yourself to tears
with a regular drill. Not to mention the Bits you`ll go through.

of the wall into the concrete and use anchor bolts.. pound in your anchor
bolt and then use a large fender washer below the nut
- you can use masonry nails, it is a common method.
or if you want it super-duper sturdy.
- drill holes on the cement suing a masonry bit and insert anchors.
screw/bolt the frame to the floor. to make sure holes line up, position
the wall where it should be, drill holes through the bottom beam until you hit the concrete - it will make marks where your anchors will go.
You can use ''Tapcons'' which is a self tapping screw made for
fastening directly into concrete. You drill a hole, and then screw the
base of the wall to the floor. I prefer this method rather than the type
of anchors which shoot into the concrete as they are not remove able.
Rent a concrete nail gun.

You can rent/buy a powder actuated nail gun. They use a 22
caliber powder charge that drives the anchors through the wood and into
the concrete. You can also use Tapcon masonry screws. Make sure you get
the drill bit for the size Tapcons you are using. Drill the hole and screw
the Tapcon in.
