I have used Seaavee`s Tapcons with Great success along with  
fer froggy
Oguz`s ''Super Sturdy'' method but for Ultra Sturdy I also recommend Mike

d`s Liquid nails.

Use a Hammer Drill for those holes `tho. You`ll work yourself to tears

with a regular drill. Not to mention the Bits you`ll go through.

glue it. then using a masonary bit, drill through the base stud

of the wall into the concrete and use anchor bolts.. pound in your anchor

- you can use masonry nails, it is a common method.

- drill holes on the cement suing a masonry bit and insert anchors.

screw/bolt the frame to the floor. to make sure holes line up, position  
the wall where it should be, drill holes through the bottom beam until you  
hit the concrete - it will make marks where your anchors will go.

fastening directly into concrete. You drill a hole, and then screw the
